What will you be doing:
helping to determine application requirements and planning its development.
communicating with clients in English.
controlling the project budget and providing the best value to the client.
collaborating with and coordinating the work of the development team.
organizing short and substantive meetings.
facilitating scrum meetings such as daily or retro.
collecting feedback on satisfaction and potential improvements from team members.
taking part in assigning people with appropriate skills to the project team.
participating in the development of company-wide best practices for the performance of development teams.
This is what you need to succeed:
2+ years of experience in a similar position (project manager / product manager / product owner / scrum master),
excellent command of English (C1+, written and spoken),
ability to manage several projects simultaneously,
experience working with clients and ability to build relationships,
well-developed communication skills,
knowledge of agile project management tools and willingness to work in scrum,
creativity and readiness to learn new things,
being a good team player who’s ready to share their ideas with colleagues and learn from them.
