    Start by filling in a (short) questionnaire on our website. Remember to attach your resume and – where necessary – your portfolio and/or link to your Git repo.

  • Wait by your phone

    Karolina, our People Manager, will give you a call to get to know you a little better and answer any questions that you might have.

  • Meet the team

    At this stage, you’ll meet your hiring manager and some of the people you’ll work with. They’ll ask technical questions and tell you more about our projects.

  • Welcome on board!

    Yay! If it’s a fit, Karolina will come back to you and extend an offer to join us! Now it’s up to you to decide if you’re as impressed with us as we are with you.

What types of employment do you have?
We offer different types of employment. These include employment contract (umowa o pracę, UoP), business-to-business contract (B2B), and in case of university students also a mandate contract (umowa-zlecenie, UZ). You are the one that chooses what suits your preferences.

Will my contract be project-based or indefinite?
As a rule, the contracts that we sign are indefinite and not project based. This is because we’re looking for people who want to work and grow with us long-term and not just stay for the duration of a project.

What does a typical day at work look like?
Typically, we start our day with a morning stand-up meeting ☕, where we discuss what we’ve achieved the day before and what we’re planning on doing today 📅. As for the rest of the day – it really depends on what tasks and projects we have going on 📂.

Can I work from home?
Yes! We offer both remote and hybrid employment and it’s up to you to decide what you prefer and when you want to pop into the office for a visit! We like to get together at least once every quarter, but this highly depends on the project you’re in.

How are new Gorrions onboarded?
The onboarding process includes an introductory training, learning about our tools and procedures, and then mentorship support from a more experienced colleague. Importantly, we take onboarding seriously and make efforts for new Gorrions to feel like they are a part of the team from day one!
