What will you be doing:

  • helping to determine application requirements and planning its development.

  • communicating with clients in English.

  • controlling the project budget and providing the best value to the client.

  • collaborating with and coordinating the work of the development team.

  • organizing short and substantive meetings.

  • facilitating scrum meetings such as daily or retro.

  • collecting feedback on satisfaction and potential improvements from team members.

  • taking part in assigning people with appropriate skills to the project team.

  • participating in the development of company-wide best practices for the performance of development teams.

This is what you need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position (project manager / product manager / product owner / scrum master),

  • excellent command of English (C1+, written and spoken),

  • ability to manage several projects simultaneously,

  • experience working with clients and ability to build relationships,

  • well-developed communication skills,

  • knowledge of agile project management tools and willingness to work in scrum,

  • creativity and readiness to learn new things,

  • being a good team player who’s ready to share their ideas with colleagues and learn from them.
